EXCELLENT BOUNTY DICE – TASTIER THAN SHOPPED ONES

In 1.5 dl. add thickened milk, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well, and heat the rest of the milk until it boils, remove from the heat, add the thick mixture, and cook like a pudding. When you put out the fire, add 200 g of coconut flour and mix.

Take the sponge cake out of the oven, spread the hot filling on it, and pour the other half of the sponge cake mixture on top of the filling.

Put it back in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes. Leave the finished cake to cool in the mold to room temperature. After that, you can serve it, or leave it in the fridge to cool down.

SERVING

I sprinkled the cubes with powdered sugar, you can add a chocolate glaze if you wish, which I think would go great, but I didn’t have time.
