Ingredients

6 eggs
300g cane sugar
125g dark chocolate, 85% cocoa
125g dark chocolate, 70% cocoa
150g chocolate, 45% cocoa
220g butter
1 pinch of salt
a little grated tonka bean
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
190g wheat flour type 405
30g dark cocoa powder
1 strong espresso
150g roughly chopped chocolate, 45% cocoa

50g chocolate, 45% cocoa
1 double, strong espresso
1 handful of raw cocoa nibs
