Ingredients:

3 eggplants
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons olive oil (divided usage)
5 grams dried ginger
Oregano
3 cloves garlic (divided usage)
Black pepper
150 ml tomato puree
Paprika
Basil
100 grams cheese (such as mozzarella or feta)
Breadcrumbs

Directions:
