Easy Lemon Cheesecake Lasagna

TO MAKE THE BASE LAYER you need to mix crushed Oreo and melted butter in a medium sized dish and then press the mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan, so that solid layer is made.

TO MAKE THE CHEESECAKE LAYER start with beating heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar in a large dish until stiff peaks form. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese in a separate dish, until it becomes smooth. Fold in melted white chocolate and 1/2 whipped cream and then spread it over the Oreo layer. Put it in the fridge to cool and become solid.
TO MAKE THE LEMON PUDDING LAYER you need to put instant lemon pudding mix and milk in a medium sized dish and then whisk it until it thickens. Spread it over the cheesecake layer.
Spread the rest of the WHIPPED CREAM over the lemon pudding layer. You can use slices of lemon to decorate the dessert.
Notes
It should be kept in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
