Dutch cherry cake

Ingredients

Roll of chilled puff pastry

1Glas

Morello cherries (drained weight 350g)

1Pck.

Vanillepuddingpulver

50g

Zucker

2 – 3EL

Lemon juice

1Prise

Cinnamon

Johannisbeergelee

4 Leaves

Gelatine

Zucker

Kirschwasser

Roll of chilled puff pastry

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (fan oven 180 degrees). Line the baking tray with baking paper. Unroll the puff pastry and use a plate or cake ring to cut out 2 circles Ø 22 cm, offset from each other. Place on the tray with a gap between them. Prick with a fork and bake for approx. 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
