Ingredients
Two-coloured dough with cherries:
150 g butter , soft, in pieces
130 g sugar
3 eggs
190 g flour
8 g baking powder
15 g cocoa
15 ml milk
1 jar of sour cherries (680 g each), drained
Surface and finishing:
380 g milk
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
25 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
60 g butter , soft, in pieces
150 g dark chocolate 50% cocoa, in pieces
15 g rapeseed oil
Instructions
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Line a deep baking tray (drip tray) with baking paper.
Make the dough:

Place butter, sugar and eggs in a large bowl.
