DOMAĆA BAJADERA… The finest recipe without a mixer or oven, ready in 20 minutes

Indulge in the delicious pleasure of bajadera, a delicacy that does not require an oven or mixer, and is prepared in just 20 minutes.
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
To prepare this recipe, you need the following ingredients: 9 tablespoons of water, 20 dkg of sugar, 15 dkg of ground walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts, 25 dkg of ground biscuits, 17 kg of butter and 10 dkg of cooking chocolate. . For the glaze, you need 10 dkg of cooking chocolate and a little oil.
HOW IS IT PREPARED?
Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan, then heat over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. After the butter has completely melted, mix the nuts and biscuits into the mixture, mixing until you get a thick, consistent mass.
Start by dividing the resulting mass into two equal parts. Continue to melt the chocolate in the steam and mix it into one of the parts. Add a little rum to the second part. Prepare a pan by lining it with greaseproof paper and transfer the part with chocolate to it. Shape the mass into a square with your hands, and smooth the top and edges with a knife.
Repeat the process by putting another layer of mass on top and following the same steps. Melt the remaining chocolate in steam, add a little oil before drizzling it over the bajadera. Leave the bajadera to harden in the refrigerator, and the next day cut it into cubes of the desired dimensions.
