DO NOT BAKE OR COOK: FRUIT CAKE WITH COOKIES IN 15 MINUTES

Ingredients:

dough:
3 eggs,
6 dkg of sugar
, 6 dkg of flour
, a little baking powder, a little cocoa,
you can replace the dough with cookies or petit biscuits
cream:
1/2 kg of fresh cheese
1/2 l of sweet cream (whipped cream)
1 out. sugar
7 dkg powdered sugar
1 lemon juice (I add the zest)
1 whipping cream (cremfix)
if necessary one bag of powdered gelatin
also needed:
about 1/2 kg of strawberries (can be less) or one jar of cherries
1 red topping for cakes

Preparation

For the dough: beat eggs and sugar well, add flour, baking powder, cocoa, put in a mold (26 cm) and bake at 160°C for about 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle the baked cold dough with a little milk (do not take it out of the mold, you can just separate it from the mold and put it back, so that it will be easier to remove the cake later).
Cream: whip the sweet cream into stiff whipping cream (add 1 whipping cream fix (creamfix)), add cheese, sugar, extra sugar, lemon to it, it should be firm enough, and if it is not, then add 1 gelatin.
Spread the cream on the biscuit, put strawberries or cherries on top of the cream, cover with red cake topping (you can or don’t have to) and leave it in the mold in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
