Discover Yoghurt, Jam and Milk Cake – Quick and Very Easy to Prepare

Method of preparation:

Preparation of the Dough:
In a large bowl, add the egg, salt, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar. Beat everything with a whisk until smooth.
Pour in the sunflower oil and mix well.
Add the milk and yogurt, continuing to mix.
Sift the flour and add the baking powder, gradually incorporating them into the mixture.

Baking:
Line a 34×38 cm tray with baking paper.
Pour the batter into the tray, level it and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Assembling the Cake:
After baking, cut the cake in half.
Spread jam on one half, then cover with the other half.
Brushing the top lightly with jam, sprinkle with coconut flakes for decoration.
Good appetite!
