DESSERT IN A GLASS READY IN 10 MINUTES. STRAWBERRY FOOL

Ingredients

200 g of strawberries
1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 unsqueezed lemon
100 ml of sweet whipping cream (fresh, unsweetened)
100 g of Greek yogurt
5 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

Wash, dry and remove the stalks from the strawberries.
Cut half of the strawberries and put them in a bowl.
Mix the other half in a blender or hand mixer with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of grated lemon zest and 1 to 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (depending on how sweet you like it and how sweet the strawberries are).
Mix the blended and chopped strawberries.
Beat the sweet cream with a mixer into not too stiff whipped cream.
Add yogurt, condensed milk, juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 teaspoon grated zest.
Briefly mix everything again with a mixer to make it even.
Arrange in two glasses or bowls alternating strawberries and cream.
Cool in the refrigerator until serving.
