Delicious red velvet strawberry delight

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder.

In another large bowl, whisk together sugar and vegetable oil. Beat in eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and red food coloring until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients alternately with the coffee, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

Stir in the vinegar, then divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks and allow to cool completely.
Once cooled, spread whipped cream between layers and garnish with fresh strawberries.
