Delicious Monaco Biscuits and Cream Cake – No Bake Recipe

preparation:

We place the biscuits in a rectangular tray, forming a top.

Brush the biscuits with a mixture of warm milk, sugar and rum.
For the vanilla cream, mix the milk, sugar and pudding powder in a pot.

Put the pot on the heat, stir continuously until the pudding starts to thicken, then let it cool to room temperature.
Then mix the pudding with butter at room temperature and mix until smooth.

We spread the cream obtained in this way over the top covered with biscuits. We put the tray in the fridge and start the biscuit cream. Beat the whipped cream until stiff, then add the mascarpone cheese, the grated biscuits and mix.
Add the chocolate with grated rum and mix until smooth. Take the tray out of the fridge, spread the biscuit cream in an even layer over the vanilla cream and put the tray back in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
