Delicious fruit roll cake

Instructions:

Rolling: Starting at one of the shorter ends, carefully roll the cake into a tight spiral. Use a kitchen towel or parchment paper to roll it up evenly.
Chilling: Wrap the rolled cake in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Serving:
