Delicious Chocolate Buttercream Cake Recipe – Easy to make and tastes perfect!

Method of preparation:

Separate the eggs and beat the yolks with 80 g of sugar until foamy. Add the water and mix.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and gradually add the remaining 100 g of sugar.
Carefully fold the yolk mixture into the egg white foam.
Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder and add to the egg mixture.
Pour the dough into a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Prepare the cream by mixing the eggs, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour in a saucepan. Add the milk and cook until it thickens. Leave to cool.
Beat the butter and gradually add the cooled cream until a smooth cream is obtained.
Cut the top in half and coat each side with the mixture of condensed milk and water.
Put the cream between the two layers of the top and leave it in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
Prepare the glaze by mixing the cocoa, sugar, cream and butter and boil until it thickens. Apply to the cake and decorate as desired.
