Danish pastries

The softest and most beautiful pastries I’ve ever made! A recipe from my mother’s notebook that is at least 20 years old!!!

Ingredients

dough
1 kg of white flour type 400
1/2 liter of milk
2 dl of warm water
1 cube of fresh yeast
1 bag of baking powder
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of oil
filling 1
250 grams of margarine
2 yolks
Fil 2
3 slices of hard cow’s cheese
1 full large spoonful of cream
Fil 3
300 g of sunka
7-8 pickles
coating
2 egg whites
sesame for sprinkling

Preparation

1 .Mix a cube of fresh yeast in warm water, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of flour and leave it warm for the yeast to rise. Heat the milk in a saucepan. When the yeast rises, mix it with milk. Prepare the flour in a bowl, add salt, baking powder and knead well. Put the yeast with milk and water in the flour and add a teaspoon of oil. Insert a smooth soft dough. Put the dough in a kneading bowl and cover it with a dry and clean cloth. Leave in a warm place to double in size.
2 .While the dough rises, prepare the fillings.
