Currant cake without baking

6. Place the second layer of biscuits on top of the mixture. Spread with currant jam and add another portion of cream mixture.
7. Place the third layer of biscuits, spread jam and add the last layer of filling.
8. Sprinkle the top of the cake with coconut flakes.
9. Place everything in the fridge for a few hours until it is completely set.
