Crustless Ham and Cheese Quiche

Preheating the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
Grease a 9″ (23 cm) pie dish.
Preparation of the Zucchini:
Place the grated zucchini on a paper towel and squeeze to remove excess moisture.

Assembling the Quiche:
In the pie dish, combine the ham, zucchini and grated cheddar cheese.
Preparation of the Quiche Mixture:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream and seasonings.
Pour the quiche mixture over the ham mixture.

Cooking :
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Service :
Let the quiche rest for a few minutes before serving.
Enjoy hot.
