Ingredients:

2 zucchinis
Salt
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon flour
Vegetable oil for frying
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Dill

Directions:

Slice the zucchinis and sprinkle with salt. Let them sit for a few minutes to draw out moisture.
In a small bowl, mix the sweet paprika and flour.
Coat the zucchini slices in the flour mixture evenly.
