Crispy Fried Mashed Potato Balls Recipe

Ingredients

boiled potatoes
180g
Dry yeast
4g
Milk
100 ml (1/2 cup)
All purpose flour
250g (2 cups)
cooking oil
15 ml (1 tablespoon)
Green onion

How to Make Fried Mashed Potato Balls
Pour the boiled potatoes into the colander over the bowl and mash them with the spoon.
Step 1
Add the dry yeast and milk and mix with a spatula. Add the flour and cooking oil and continue to mix.
2nd step
When the dough begins to form, knead it with your hands until smooth. Cover with cling film and leave to rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in volume.
Step 3
After 1 hour, knead the dough to remove the gas.
Step 4
Add the green onions and salt and knead to combine.
Step 5
Oil your hands and scoop the mixture with one hand to form a small ball.
