Crispy cake with peaches

Heat the Nutella cream slightly, add crushed cornflakes and mix. Place it on half of the sponge cake and spread it thoroughly over its entire surface.
Spread the thickening jelly onto the crispy layer of Nutella and flakes.
Whip the cooled cream with mascarpone and powdered sugar previously mixed with the cream fix. Pour half of the mixture onto the jelly and cover with sponge cake. Place the remaining mixture on top and decorate with chopped chocolate.
