CRISP PASTRY

120 g of plain flour

60 g of sharp flour

100 g of cold butter

30 g of sugar

1 vanilla sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon of baking powder

PUDDING

1 vanilla pudding

500 ml of milk

30 g of sugar

APPLES

500 g of peeled apples

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

grated zest of half a lemon

1 tablespoon (20 g) of sugar

1 vanilla sugar

powdered sugar for sprinkling
