Crêpe cake with strawberries

Ingredients

For the crepe:
180 g wheat flour
Salt

250 g low- fat curd cheese
500 ml milk
6 eggs
Grated lemon zest

For the filling:
250 ml whipped cream
1 packet of Sahnequick
500 g low- fat curd cheese

150 g low-fat yoghurt: vanilla
Juice of one lemon

For the garnish:
250 g fresh strawberries
Icing sugar for dusting or dark chocolate

Instructions

For the dough, melt 60 g butter and allow to cool slightly. Mix the flour and salt in a mixing bowl and stir together with the low-fat quark, milk, eggs and lemon zest. Finally, stir in the melted butter and allow the dough to rest for 20-30 minutes.
