Ingredients
For the ground:
250 g vanilla crescents , crumbled
2 1/2 tbsp melted butter
For the filling:
720 g cream cheese
240 g vanilla skyr
5g agar- agar
80 g sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
240 g whipped cream
For decoration:
10 -12 small vanilla crescents
Some whipped cream
5-7 white chocolate stars
Baking utensils : 1 x 22cm round springform pan
