Ingredients:

1 tbsp Avocado Oil

2 Garlic (clove, minced)

1 tbsp Arrowroot Powder

1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes (drained)

1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

8 ozs Chickpea Pasta

1 cup Asparagus (trimmed, cut into bite-sized

pieces)

1/4 cup Parsley

1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
