CREAM CAKE OF 3 TYPES OF CHOCOLATE: FOR CHOCOLATE LOVERS

Ingredients

Dough:
– 200 g of cooking chocolate
– 80 g of butter
– 1/4 cup of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of coffee
Dark cream:
– 200 g of chocolate for cooking
– 400 ml of cream for cooking
– 1 spoon of powdered sugar
– 2 spoons of cocoa
– 50 ml of water
Light cream:
– 400 ml of cooking cream
– 180 g of white chocolate
– 1 teaspoon of gelatin
– 1 tablespoon of water
Way of preparation:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip them into stiff peaks with sugar. Melt the butter with the chocolate and add the egg yolk. Carefully mix the egg whites and pour into the cake mold.
Bake in an oven heated to 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
