Crazy delicious, quark pancakes without flour in 5 minutes!

Serve:
Stack the finished pancakes on a plate.
Sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar and serve with jam and fresh berries. Alternatively, you can use honey, maple syrup or Nutella as a topping.

Additional tips:
Variation without sugar: If you like it less sweet or want to enjoy the pancakes savory, you can leave out the sugar in the recipe completely. Then serve the pancakes with savory toppings such as herb quark, smoked salmon or avocado.
Refinements: Add a pinch of cinnamon or some lemon zest to the batter to give the pancakes an extra depth of flavor.
Storage: If you have leftover pancakes, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheat them quickly in the microwave or frying pan the next day.
