Cream cheese pancakes
These quark pancakes are a wonderful combination of fluffy dough and the mild taste of quark. They are quick to prepare and are perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a sweet dessert. Served with jam, powdered sugar or fresh berries, they are a real treat. Here is the detailed recipe:

Ingredients:

2 packs of vanilla pudding powder
70 g sugar
3 Owner
220 ml milk
140 g Quark
A bit of salt
Some sunflower oil


Preparation:

Dough preparation:
Put the vanilla pudding powder, sugar, eggs, milk, curd and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
Use a hand mixer or whisk to thoroughly mix all ingredients until a smooth dough forms.
Baking pancakes:
Heat a non-stick frying pan and lightly grease it with some sunflower oil.
Pour a portion of the batter into the pan and cook the pancake over medium heat until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Carefully flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat this process until all the batter is used up.
