Coffee buns: the recipe for a delicious dessert that everyone will love

Preparation:

Cream: Whisk eggs and sugar in a saucepan. Then add coffee, flour and starch.
Bring to the heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Cover with cling film and allow to cool.
Dough: Beat eggs with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add sifted flour and cocoa.
Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread it out well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190° for 10 minutes. Then finish the cake and let it cool
Crispy: Put butter, sugar and roughly chopped dried fruit in a pan. Cook until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Allow to cool on a sheet of baking paper.
Beat the butter until fluffy and add the previously prepared coffee cream.
Moisten the cake and fill it with the coffee cream, add the dried fruit brittle and roll it up.
Allow to harden in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Decorate with chocolate icing, coffee cream tufts and other dried fruits.
