Coconut wafers with kajmak

70 g of butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 tablespoons of kajmak mass
2 tablespoons of milk
2/3 cup of powdered milk

Blend the shavings until they are crumbled. Place the butter in a pot with the sugar, extract and milk. Heat until the ingredients dissolve. Remove from heat and add milk powder. Mix thoroughly until the mass is uniform. Finally, mix with the shavings. Layer the wafers to create three light layers.
Heat the butter, sugar and milk until melted. Then add the kajmak and mix thoroughly for a while. Remove from heat and add milk powder. We put the last waffle aside. When ready, wrap it in foil and put it in the fridge. Then we weigh it down with a cutting board, for example, so that the wafers are not wavy.
