Homemade coconut wafers with a kajmak layer. A delicious and sweet dessert that can be made in just a few moments.
The coconut layer with a hint of milk is delicious, delicate and has a coconut-almond aroma.
The second layer is a combination of powdered milk and kajmak.
It is best to prepare the waffles 2-3 days before serving. The layers will be compact and the wafers will be easy to cut into pieces.
Coconut wafers are a great alternative to store-bought sweets. A few simple ingredients and we have a super tasty dessert.

COCONUT WAFERS WITH CAJMAK
INGREDIENTS FOR COCONUT MASS:
200 g of butter
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
1 1/2 cups of powdered milk
4 tablespoons of milk
200 g coconut flakes
