Coconut cake with dulce de leche

Ingredients

200 grams flour
1 Pinch Salt
50 Grams Sugar
100 Grams Butter
1 Egg Unit
400 Grams Dulce de Leche Pastry Chef
1 Package Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Milk
3 Egg Units
200 Grams Grated Coconut

Steps

1-Process or lightly mix the dry ingredients, add the cold butter cut into cubes and process for a few more seconds. Add the egg and mix them together.

2-Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. Stretch the dough and line the base and edges of a 24 cm diameter mold.

3-Prick the dough and pre-cook it in a preheated oven at a medium temperature of 180ÂȘC for ten minutes. Remove and spread with dulce de leche.

4-Mix the condensed milk, milk, eggs (3) and grated coconut. Pour it over the dulce de leche and continue cooking for 45 more minutes or until golden.

*You can replace the dulce de leche with a thin layer of raspberry candy.
