COCONUT AND CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

5. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath or in the microwave and stir well.

6. Pierce the coconut balls with a toothpick and dip them well into the chocolate on all sides, let them drain a little and lay them flat on a satin baking paper.

7. We keep the coconut and chocolate balls cool until serving so that the chocolate becomes compact.
