COCONUT AND CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Ingredients:

For the filling 220 g desiccated coconut 200 g sugar 120 ml water 1 tablespoon vanilla essence for coating 200 g dark chocolate for melting 25 g butter

Preparation:

1. Put the water, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan and heat, stirring, until the sugar has completely dissolved. You don’t need to cook much, it’s enough if the sugar dissolves perfectly.

2. Remove the sugar from the heat and add the coconut and stir well so that everything is integrated like a paste.

3. You need to let the mixture cool and it’s best to let it sit in the fridge for a few hours so it thickens and is easier to work with.

4. After cooling, we form the balls. Put on latex gloves or grease your hands with sunflower oil.
