Cinnamon rolls with apple filling and frosting

Ingredients

For the dough:
60 ml lukewarm milk
1 cube of yeast
4 eggs size M
50 g melted butter

1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
500 g flour type 550

For the filling:
3 apples peeled and diced
100 g sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
50 g unsalted butter

For the frosting:
45 g cream cheese
100 g icing sugar
Some lemon juice
Baking utensils: 1 fireproof rectangular baking pan, rolling pin, knife, pastry brush

Instructions

In a large bowl, stir together milk and yeast. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes or until the top becomes foamy.
Add eggs, melted butter, salt, maple syrup and cinnamon.
Add 135g flour and mix until well combined.
