Cinnamon roll cake without yeast with icing

Ingredients

For the cake:
400 g flour (type 405)
3 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
pinch of salt

110 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 eggs ​
70 g soft butter
350 ml milk 3.5% fat

For the cinnamon filling:
100 g butter, liquid
90 g brown cane sugar
1 tbsp flour (type 405)

1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the glaze:
150 g icing sugar
4-5 tbsp cream
30 g cream cheese

Instructions

For the cake:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat and line the 19×28 cm baking tin or a 24 cm round one with baking paper.
