Christmas Log with Mascarpone, White Chocolate and Raspberries

The holiday season is a great time to indulge in festive and gourmet culinary creations. The Yule log with mascarpone, white chocolate and raspberries is one of those recipes that perfectly embodies the Christmas spirit. This log is not just a dessert, it is a true celebration of flavors and textures, combining the melting

mascarpone, the sweet scent of white chocolate, and the refreshing acidity of raspberries. It is the perfect example of a harmonious balance between sweetness and freshness.

In this recipe, the light and airy rolled biscuit serves as the base for a rich and creamy filling. The choice of raspberries, although unconventional in winter, brings a colorful and tangy touch that contrasts pleasantly with the sweetness of the white chocolate and the roundness of the mascarpone. This tiramisu-style log revisits the famous Italian dessert with a festive touch, making white chocolate a must-have for this season of indulgence.

Preparing this Yule log is a moment of pure pleasure. The process, although simple, requires some attention to detail. Soaking the biscuit in raspberry syrup, rather than traditional coffee, makes it particularly popular

with children and adds a lighter, fruitier dimension of flavor. The addition of lightly floured raisins and pearl sugar brings touches of texture and flavor that enrich the whole.

This dessert is not only a treat for the taste buds but also a pleasure for the eyes. Its presentation, with its layers of cream and biscuit, decorated with fresh raspberries and white chocolate shavings, makes it a

centerpiece of your Christmas table. Follow the steps in this recipe to prepare a Christmas log that will delight your guests and add a touch of elegance and refinement to your festive meal.
