INGREDIENTS
190 g of T80 wheat flour
80 g of hazelnut powder
80 g whole muscavado sugar
3 eggs
80 g coconut oil
8 g baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 handful of crushed hazelnuts
1 good pinch of salt
4 very ripe bananas
80 g dark chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl or in the bowl of a food processor, place the sugar and eggs and whisk until the mixture turns white.
