Now remove the pot from the heat and let the pudding cool down a little, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming.
3. Now remove the warm base from the baking paper and put it back into the mold without the paper.
Spread the warm pudding on the base and let the cake cool down.
4. For the ganache
Now comes the glaze: Heat the whipped cream, add the chocolate broken into pieces and let it melt while stirring.
Serve the cake cooled.
The ganache is a little runny, but once the cake has been in the fridge it is solid! Sprinkle as desired.
Chill again.
