Ingredients
For the dough:
3 tbsp cocoa powder
4 eggs
1 pack baking powder
240g butter
200g sugar
220g flour
a bit of salt
For the filling:
1 liter milk
[adisenter amp]
2 packs of vanilla pudding powder
100g sugar
For the chocolate icing:
150 ml whipped cream
100 g cooking chocolate
preparation
1. First the dough: Make a batter from flour, butter, sugar, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder.
Then put the dough in a drip pan or large baking dish lined with baking paper and bake at 18o °C for about 25 minutes until golden.
2. For the filling: Heat 800 ml milk with 100 g sugar in a saucepan.
Now mix the pudding powder with 200 ml of milk and add it to the hot milk.
Bring to the boil briefly while stirring constantly.
