6. Spread half of the mixture onto one sponge cake layer. Place a layer of biscuits on the mass and spread them with currant jam. Spread the remaining mixture.

7. Cover the whole thing with the second sponge cake layer.

8. Melt the chocolate and cream in a water bath. Put the icing on the cake.

9. Place the cake in the fridge for a few hours until it hardens completely.
