Chocolate coconut dessert

Making of:

Separate 1 dl from the total amount of cold milk and mix with pudding and sugar (adjust the amount of sugar to your taste) into a smooth mixture without lumps.

Heat the rest of the milk in a suitable pan until the milk boils, then add the previous mixture and bring the pudding to a boil, stirring constantly. After about 10 minutes of cooling, add mascarpone cheese and coconut crumbs to the pudding and mix.

Prepare the ganache from the chocolate and sweet cream by pouring the broken chocolate over the sweet cream and heating it in a suitable pan at a medium temperature, stirring constantly, until all the chocolate has melted. Remove from the stove.

In the prepared glasses or dessert bowls, first spread a layer of cocoa biscuits, then the pudding mixture and finish with a chocolate layer. If the glasses or containers are deeper, repeat the process of arranging the layers of biscuits and pudding once more and finish with a chocolate layer. Leave in the fridge to cool.

If desired, decorate with chocolate crumbs, coconut crumbs and mint leaves before serving.
