Chocolate Cake – Simple and Delicious No-Bake Recipe

Preparation Instructions:

Preparation of the Chocolate Cream: In a pot, pour the milk and add the sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Mix well with a whisk until the composition becomes homogeneous.

Thickening: Place the pot over medium heat and continue to stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
Adding the Chocolate: Turn off the heat and add the vanilla essence and the dark chocolate broken into pieces.
Pour in the sunflower oil and mix until the chocolate melts completely and the composition is homogeneous.
Molding: Transfer the chocolate mixture to the prepared mold, level the surface and cover with cling film.
Cooling: Allow the cake to cool completely to room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator for at least an hour to firm up.
To serve: Remove the cake from the pan and sprinkle with coconut flakes for decoration.
