Chocolate buns: the recipe for a soft and delicious dessert

Ingredients:

For the cookie dough:
EGG 4
Icing Sugar 140 grams
00 FLOUR 100 grams
BITTER COCOA 30 grams
SALE 1 pinch
FOR FILLING:
MASCARPONE 250 gr
ALREADY SWEET CREAM 150 ml

CHOCOLATE 60% 250 gr

How to prepare the chocolate roll:

Step 1
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and beat the egg whites with the electric whisk on the highest setting until stiff.
Step 2
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light and fluffy, then add them to the beaten egg whites, mixing in upward movements so that the mixture does not break down.
