Chocolate Brownie Fondant: Guaranteed Gourmet Pleasure

130g of wheat flour
100g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp fine salt
200g dark chocolate, roughly chopped (optional)

Preparation :

Melt the mantequille, add the sugar and oil, mix well.
Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla, mix until smooth.
Sift and add the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, salt) to the preparation, mix gently with a spatula.
Add the chopped chocolate, mix lightly.
Pour into prepared pan and bake at 175°C for 30 minutes.
Serve this rich and moist brownie on its own or with a scoop of ice cream for an irresistible dessert.
