Chocolate brioche donuts

5. Cut into 12 strips and shape into a donut as shown in the photo.
6. Set the donuts aside to rise again for 30 minutes, then brush with egg wash and garnish with chopped chocolate.

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
