Chocolate banana muffins

190 g of cake flour
50 g cocoa
120 g of sugar
1 egg
2 bananas, large
60 ml of oil, e.g. rapeseed

240 g of Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or essence
2 spoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
pinch of salt

ADDITIONALLY:

50 g dark chocolate, chopped
All ingredients for muffins should be at room temperature. Sift the flour with cocoa, powder and baking soda. Add sugar and salt and mix. Mix the egg, mashed banana (e.g. with a fork), vanilla, yogurt and oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Line the muffin tin with cupcake liners. Fill the dough up to 3/4 of the height and arrange pieces of dark chocolate on top. Bake at 190 C for about 15-20 minutes. to the so-called dry stick.
