Chocolate and Kefir Cake – Simple and Delicious Recipe

Method of preparation:

Add the kefir and baking soda, mixing well.
Add the flour, cocoa and baking powder, mixing until smooth and removing any lumps.
Pour in the vegetable oil and mix again. The dough is ready for baking.

Baking the Top:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes at 170°C.
After the cake is baked, let it cool completely on a wire rack.
Preparation of the Cream:
In a bowl, mix the cream or liquid whipping cream with the boiled condensed milk until you get a smooth cream.
Assembling the Cake:
Cut the cooled top into three equal layers. Save the edges for decoration.
Brush each layer with the prepared cream, reserving 2 tablespoons of cream to cover the sides of the cake.
Assemble the cake and cover it with cling film, leaving it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Decorating the Cake:
Brush the sides of the cake with the reserved cream and sprinkle with crumb topping.
Optionally, you can add chocolate chips for an extra look and taste.
