Chocolate and Kefir Cake – Simple and Delicious Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Top:
2 eggs
1 cup (250 ml) sugar
1 cup kefir
1 cup flour
2-2.5 tablespoons of cocoa
50 ml vegetable oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
0.5 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
Vanilla essence or vanilla sugar, to taste
For the Cream:
400-500 g cream or liquid whipping cream (with a fat content of 20% or more)
1 can (380 g) boiled condensed milk

Method of preparation:

Preparation of the Dough:
Preheat the oven to 170°C and prepare a baking tray (20-22 cm) by lining it with baking paper.
