Chocolate and coconut squares: the recipe for a dessert that melts in your mouth

Chocolate sponge cake: whisk the egg whites with the sugar. Then add the egg yolks and water.
Mix and sift the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Then incorporate them into the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Coconut layer: whisk 2 eggs with the sugar, then add the coconut.
Bake at 200° for 20 minutes.

Filling: mix cheese, powdered sugar, cream, white chocolate, chopped almonds and coconut.
Assemble the cake and refrigerate overnight.

Ganache: melt the chocolate and cream; then use it to coat the cake.
Cut into squares and decorate with a few chocolate chips on top.
