Chocolate and banana mousse: the recipe for decadent and creamy mousse made with chocolate and bananas

Milk
1 liter (4 cups)
Egg yolks

Bananas

Sugar
1 tax
Flour
3 tablespoons
Starch
2 tablespoons
Crème
2 tablespoons
Milk chocolate
80 g
cocoa cookies
How to make chocolate and banana mousse
Pour 2 egg yolks over 2 bananas and mash them.
Add the sugar, flour, starch and milk.
Cook the mixture over medium heat until it begins to thicken. Add the chocolate and cream.
Pour into glasses. Cool for 2 hours.
Make cocoa cookie crumbs and sprinkle with banana mousse.
